FAQ:
Q: When do you plan on holding auditions and fielding a Corps ?
Patience is a virtue as it applies to building quality. To make sure that we provide the best possible experience and instruction for members of an upstart corps, we are currently building a solid foundation for our corporation. Office Space, Insurance, Phones, Internet, Horns, Drums, Pit Equipment, Color Guard Equipment, Customized Trailers, Staff, Fuel, Food, etc... all cost a tremendous amount of money; around 1.3 million dollars for an estimated start-up cost. We could try to put together a rag-tag unit on a wing and a prayer, but we desire quality and longevity not expediency. Threfore, we have yet to set a date for holding auditions or fielding a unit.
Q: Will you be competing in DCI?
A: That is our goal. DCI requires that all new corps enter as Open Class and they set strict standards on new units becoming a member corps. Becoming a respectd member of DCI is a main reason we are being patient and forming on a foundation of rock.
Q: What can I do to help build the Corps?
A: We currently need volunteers to help us with the grunt work that many people try to avoid such as grant research, foundation research, and fund raising. So if you want to contribute your services to help build something great, please send us an e-mail with your contact information at and we will reply as soon as possible. Or you can support us financially by using our PayPal account.
Q: What if I want to apply for a Performance Staff Position?
A: Send us an e-mail with your contact information and we will keep it on file. However, please realize that at this time we are not in a position to hire performance staff or hold auditions for a marching ensemble. If you want to help us get closer to being able to hold auditions by volunteering to do grant research, foundation research, and fund raising please indicate that in your message.
